Chinese New Year 2014 is knocking at the door and there are two public holidays in Singapore ahead. I thought it is a good time to review Chinese New Year 2013 highlights in this article. So this is part 1 of the series and I will be covering decorations, events, performance of CNY 2013 in this article.
